Marketing Director
As our Marketing Director, you rarely step down from a challenge. Instead, you see both obstacles and successes as opportunities to learn, grow, and innovate. You're eager to bring our mission to more audiences, crafting and executing marketing plans that shake up the status quo while increasing our reach and impact.
Responsibilities
- Developing detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams.
- Analyzing consumer behavior and adjusting email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Assuming full responsibility of all marketing campaigns from conceptualization to completion.
- Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
- Working, planning, and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc).
Requirements
- 8+ years of online marketing experience.
- 4+ years of experience in the political fundraising industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to dive in, take full ownership of your work, and lead by example.
- Proven ability to design, develop and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics.

Treasurer
VoteDown PAC is seeking a seasoned professional for a Treasurer role. Our organization is devoted to fixing American Democracy by providing citizens with tools to meaningfully influence their representatives. We are actively recruiting a Treasurer who is motivated to take full responsibility for our accounting and financial activities.
Responsibilities
- Design financial strategies that align with the company’s core vision and goals.
- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities.
- Navigate the complexities of financial legal requirements at state and national levels, particularly those involved with Political Action Committees.
- Prepare and file Federal Election Committee (FEC) reports.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans for the organization’s growth strategy.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of Accounting and Treasury experience.
- 6 years of experience working at a Political Action Committee.
- Extensive experience with filing Federal Election Committee (FEC) reports.
- Proactive, with an ability to dive in, and take full ownership of the process.
- A strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
